Who actually buys these in bulk
I’ll be honest — most of our wholesale orders aren’t from the giant pet chains. They’re from a few specific buyer types, and I want you to know which one you are before I waste your time with a quote:
- Independent pet boutiques stocking 48–120 units for the Gotcha Day / birthday impulse-buy display near the register.
- Doggy daycares and boarding kennels (we did 60 for a chain in Pennsylvania last March, they hand one out on the pup’s birthday — good IG content for the daycare too).
- Rescue groups running adoption events. We cut the price a little extra on these, ask me.
- Pet photographers who need a reusable prop kit — 48 is usually overkill here, we’ll do a 24-unit photographer pack separately.
- Subscription box operators who need predictable supply (we can hold stock for scheduled releases — minimum 200 across 3 months).
If you’re a dropshipper looking to list us on Amazon, I’d rather not — we already fulfill our own Amazon listings and I don’t want the channel conflict. No hard feelings, just being upfront.

Prices are FOB Newark NJ — we don’t hide shipping in the per-unit number. A 96-unit case on UPS Ground to Denver runs about $34 last I checked. Custom colors or logo embroidery quote separately; MOQ for custom is 240.
Why buy from us instead of Faire or DHgate
No shade to either — they have their place. But a few reasons our buyers keep coming back:
- Stock is in New Jersey, not Guangdong. Means no 4-week ocean freight, no customs surprises, no CPSIA documentation you have to chase.
- We test our stuff. Each batch goes through CPSIA lead + phthalate testing at a third-party lab. I’ll send you the test report with your first PO — most Alibaba suppliers will not do this, or they’ll send a sketchy PDF with a different factory name on it.

I’ll send a pro-forma invoice. Pay by ACH or credit card (2.9% surcharge on card for orders over $2,000). We ship within 48 hours of payment clearing. Repeat buyers get Net-15 terms after the second order.
FAQ — the ones I actually get asked
Do you do private label?
For the hangtag and poly bag, yes — MOQ 240. For the hat itself (color, shape, embroidery), MOQ 480 and lead time is 5–6 weeks from final sample approval.
Can you ship to Canada?
Yes. We handle the commercial invoice on our end. Buyer of record handles duties. Figure 3–7 business days via UPS Standard.
What’s the adjustable range?
Neck strap 6″–14″. Fits Chihuahua up through a medium Labrador comfortably. For Great Danes or Mastiffs we’d flag it — the toggle works but the hat visually scales small on them. See the full product detail on our main dog hat page.
What if a retailer returns unsold stock?
Wholesale is final sale, but if there’s a defect, I take it back no argument — photo of the issue by email, we ship replacements or credit the next PO. Hasn’t happened often, maybe 4 times in the past 18 months.
Do you list on Faire?
We just joined — you can find us there if you prefer running POs through their system. Direct is 8–12% cheaper because we skip their fee.
